How do I get my surgery paid for in Indiana?

I am a student and substitue a couple days a week. My last years salary was around $4000. I have no children. Taking out a loan is not a posibitility. I have looked at financing but I dont have the credit or that kind of money for payments. I dont think I qualify for government help. Does anyone have any suggestions? Please!!!!!
