does anyone know about taking vit. E really shrinks skin?

I was doing this girl's hair the other day and she had lost 90 pounds "the hard way" and she swears by taking vitamin E because it will actually help heal your body and shrink your skin from the inside out, she looked good so I believed her, but I wanted to ask if anyone knows or if you can tell me of a chewable or liquid.I already take 2 chewable bugs bunny a biotin, and a B12 a day -5 months out down 80+
