I need a friend. I have gained 50 pounds back in 6 yrs post op. Can I lose it again ?

I have been through so much since my surgery...divorce, 2 moves, and I lost from 237 to 112. I am now back to 164. Can I lose it again or have I failed at yet another thing? Please help me!
