Tummy tuck includes pubic area???

I was wondering something.... When a tummy tuck is done does it also tighten up the pubic area as well? Not to be graphic here or to offend anyone but I have lost 100plus lbs and am saggy in that area.I would like to heare from my fellow Canadians on this subject if possible since our OHIP pays for the surgery and they as I am told do the minimum possible to rectify hanging skin. I would like to know if the surgery is hip to hip or around the back. I am located in Ontario. Thanks in advnce.
