Recurring strictures even after revision, what next?

Had original lap RNY in March 09. Strictures started in June and had 6 scopes and dilations until revision surgery on Feb 2, 2010. Revised pouch and anastamosis. Had a stricture 2 weeks after with another dilation and am now scheduled for ANOTHER dilation next week. Anyone have this problem and what's the next step? Or is there any?
