will my hair grow back?

Help, I'm losing my hair! I knew it was coming but it's more traumatic than I thought it would be! I'm coming up to 4 mos. post op. and the Dr. says I'm doing fine with the diet etc. - but I would like to know how long it will keep falling out and when will it grow back??
