Has anyone had surgery with PEIA Insurance

I live in WV and have PEIA for insurance and have been seeing my doctor for a year now and done everything to get this done.I have had a sleep study, upper GI, Psy. evaluation done. How much longer am I going to have to wait to get the surgery done. I have a BMI of 50 something, Plus high B/P and CHF. I just want to know has anyone had this insurance and able to get the surgery or not? Help please. I have seen Dr. Shin and now have been sent to WVU to see Dr Akkary. I need help asap.
