why!! do people have to be so rude and negative

Would you all please be kind as I am trying to be supporative to others ' I had made a statement about my health and the amazement at the improvement ,and so many people have made positive comments, and then I get a rude comment on my statement. I have had a bad year, 3 hospitol stays for dehydration, and to restreach my stomach ,and I have been sick and throwing up for 12 months. I am happy at my new life and I would do it again , My aunt even died during rny surgery this year please be more supporative and not say anything if its not good as people need support Please read the answers to my previous statement .
