nausea

How long does the nausea last. I felt great when eating the soups, now adding solid foods I am getting nausea after I eat. Lasts for quite awhile. Is this something that will pass as time goes on? I am not sorry that I had the surgery, but I am praying this doesn't last a real long time. And, no I haven't called my dr yet. I have an ppt. this coming week.
