I am 3 years post op and have some pain

I am 3 yrs. post op and I started having some tenderness and a little pain next to my belly button, I also have a tiny blood blister in my navel. I am going to call my dr. , but just wondered if anyone has had this this blood blister thing inside the navel. I hope I am not going to have something go wrong after 3 yrs. of feeling great and no complications. thanks for any advice.
