Has anyone used Dr. MacDonald in Greenville, North Carolina?

I have heard that he does not have any bed side manners and I am so nervous to go see him but yet my doctor said he is one of the best surgeons in this area. My first appointment is in 2 weeks and I am having some anxiety about how he is going to treat me. Please help!!!!!!
