protein intake
a week ago I discovered that I actually can eat cans of tuna and chicken and it's really high in protein. By my thinking if I can eat 4 cans of either one or both I'll get at least 100 g od protein which i've been told is good for me. Does anyone ahave any comments? Oh yeah I had lap band 2.5 years ago and i've lost around 170 with about 20 or 30 pounds to go but for the last few months I have no desire to eat anything and my weight loss have stopped but in the last week of trying to eat this way I feel better.
