Can anyone tell me of any support groups in toms river area in NJ that I can attend?

I haven't consulted my PCP yet about my decision to pursue WLS but I would like to attend at least one support group meeting to help back up my decision. I think that what I learn there will help me feel even more confident about what the process and help her see that I'm serious about making this life time commitment. I'd appreciate any and all responses, thanks.
