does anyone know of a dr. that only charges for OR you stay in hotel near hospital

i seen on one of the websites a dr. in houston texas charges on $6000.00 for O.R. charges you dont stay in hospital you stay in a hotel room close to hospital it cuts down on expense of surgery..... DID ANYONE ELSE SEE IT AND WHAT IS HIS NAME....
