My doctor fussed at me yesterday!!
He says that I have lost 83% of my excess in 6 months and was way ahead of schedule. He told me to EAT! I do eat, in fact I was wondering if I was eating too much (1000 cals) because I only lost 6 lbs. last month. I thought I was a slow loser, I have lost 76 lbs. I realize that I started as a lightweight but have seen many who are also LW that lose much faster than I. I told him that I wanted to lose about 35 more and he really got on to me. Said not to be fixated on the numbers, that I am healthy now. My BMI is still 27, I would think that I would be the healthiest at a BMI 22. I don't feel that I am fixated on the numbers, I just have a decent goal. I don't want to look unhealthy, but I feel that 135 would be a great weight for me at 5'5.5". He said that if this trend continues, that when I see him for my 9 month check, he might have me cut back on my exercise (and I'm no excersise fanatic). What do you guys think?
