Does any one have Anthem blue cross insurance?

Hello I have Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue care Plus. I was wondering if anyone has this specific insurance? I haven't seen anyone here with Anthem bc/bs Blue care Plus. If you do can you tell me the specific policy the hold for WLS? Thank you all for your help. Rebecca
