Does anyone know of sponsorships/grants for vertical sleeve surgery?

I have BCBS/GA and weight loss surgery is a clear exclusion in my policy. I don't know that I can cover costs of self pay and after care. Would like to know if anyone has heard of or had someone sponsor for the surgery. Thanks.
