Has anyone used or have any info on Dr. Billy, in Thousand Oaks, Ca?

I am starting my weight loss surgery journey, and am attending a seminar put on by Dr. Billy in thousand Oaks, California. I could not find any reviews or information on him on this site. I have had a few people recommend him, but was hoping I could get more input by others.
