Cramping pain where drainage tube was removed.

I'm 4 weeks post op with a gastric sleeve. The area where the drainage tube was removed I still have some cramping/ pulling pain, the skin on the outside has healed. I was wondering if any one else is experincing this or had experienced it. Or maybe you know if it is normal or what it could be. Thanks for any input on this.
