What could this feeling be?

I am 5 months post op from DS surgery. When I'm standing I somtimes get mild pain near my scar. When I place my hand on it on it I feel a small bulge. Somtimes it doesn't hurt it just feels like a bubble and when I press it it guggles. Has anyone else experienced this? When I lay down I don't feel it.
