Digestive gurgles and growls?

I am just about 5 years post op and all is well would not have done anything different. The only thing I seem to get from time to time are these periods of non stop stomach or digestive gurgles and growls.Does anyone else ever get the loud digestive gurgles and growls? If so any suggestions?
