another question about feeling dizzy

I am having dizzy spells today and have read all the other posts. I just had blood work done 2 weeks ago and everything was good. in fact iron and b12 was a little high. Also checked my blood and it runs about 85. my bp runs about 140/78. the only thing is that i have been sick with stomach flu and also congestion this week. any thoughts if this could be doing it. also Tuesday didn't eat anything but have on Wed and Thurs and have always drank 72 oz+ of fluids. Any help will be appreciated
