Does anyone have Aetna and how tough are they for approvals?

Two years ago when I considered wls I heard that my insurance was the worst when it came to approvals. It made me really nervous so that was one reason why I didn't go through with it. Does anyone know anything about them? Hopefully there are some positive stories.
