How do you stay cool about not having a date yet?

I have been waiteing for a date for a while now why does it take so long? I am going CRAZY here waiting for a date. Is anyone else waiting on an answer date from Dr.Scott Pennington? And what should i do? I am so ready for this and every day i see people on here saying they have a date and i get nothing I am getting very MAD about it what should i do to get through it until i get a date? PLEASE help anyone
