Am stuck at home with broken foot for 6 wks all by myself
Had RNY 4/06, have lost 202#. not much weight loss last 3 months. and now am home alone with broken foot for next 3 months. bored and "hungry" all the time. Need to lose 35# to reach goal. Grapes and such are getting boring too. Question: how do i "control' this situation and not sit here and gain weight? Suggestions needed for snacks and activities.
