Pro-Stat 64 liquid Protein-Recipes Anyone?

I just had WLS and while in the hospital they gave me jello with Pro-Stat and it tasted just fine. I bought some Pro Stat to use at home but my jello ended up tasting terrible. I think I probably used way too much. Anyone have any suggestions on making jello or anything else with it?
