i dont think i have ever felt fullness!

6 wks. post op and i still really dont think i can feel my pouch, i have never felt fullness not from drinking or eating, so scared i am going to eat too much, i just eat a little and stop but know i could eat more, liquids i just drink in between all the time,,,,anyone else have this non feeling.
