History of Dr. Spivak in TX

I am scheduled to see Dr. Spivak in Baytown on July 31, 2000. His office manager said he recently opened his solo practice. I got the impression he branched off from a group practice. I have not seen any postings, positive or negative on this doctor! HELP!! Anyone who's seen him as a patient, please write! Thanks.
