Anyone out there diagnosed with an ulcer post RNY gastric bypass?

Hi, I am about 17 months post op RNY gastric bypass. I've been having really bad abdominal pain for a couple of months. It got so bad that I went in to see another surgeon right before New Years and he said ALL of my symptoms point to an ulcer :(. I have an endoscope scheduled for next week. They wanted to rush it, but I take an anticoagulant (Coumadin) and have to stop that and give myself Lovenox injections to prepare for the procedure. I've been having upper back pain off and on since 3 mos post op, and am just realizing that the pain in the front cooincides with the pain in the back. Just wondering if anyone else has had issues dealing with an ulcer in their pouch. I'm taking Omeprazole right now, but wondering if there is anything that might help the pain. BTW, I know it's not my gallbladder b/c I had it removed before surgery ;). Thanks!!
