Any similar people with this issue out there?

I am two weeks post op surgery. I feel great have ok energy but there is only one thing that concerns me. I have a very tender and painful right side. It is also swollen looking (right under breast) and bigger than my right side. Looks like i have a third smaller boob. I asked the surgeon about it my first apt. and he said that is where the most work was done. I have a two week post op with him Monday and well voice my concerns, but an curious if anyone has had this? Is this normal?
