Please help... I am soo discouraged..

I have just come back from my psych eval and the "dr" won't sign off b/c he says I am depressed.... HELLO... I am already being medicated for depression which i told them but the "dr" ( I don't believe he went to medical school)seems to think i should be ohh soo happy... I was soo excited about finally finding a sergeon that I like and all the other tests have gone well.. this is just soo discouraging... did i mention that this guy criticized my surgeon and my primary doctor... oh and this "dr" only spent 10 minutes with me.... uuuuugggggggggghhhhhhhhhh
