Post Op Pregnancy

I am 9 months post-op, and found out I am 14 weeks pregant, It wasn't planned, I was on the pill, but now I wonder how this will affect my weight, and if the baby will be healthy, anyone have any info. for me? Also, did you have to see a specialist for the pregancy? Thanks in advance!
