Pain when I eat???

I had Gastric By-pass almost 2 years ago. When I first had the surgery, I had a stricture that needed to be opened up 3 times. Now, anytime I eat, my stomach has SHARP pains. The pain is at the top of my stomach, right under my ribcage. The pain last only an hour but is very intense. When I had the stricture, I threw up anytime I ate. I don't throw up now. Any ideas what the pain may be. My Doctor's appt. isn't until Friday!! Thanks
