help Has any one experience This type of gas

has any one experience this. i keep burping, i can taste some acid from it. it smells so bad. it smells as though i past gas. i was playing with my4 yr old nephew last night. he was sitting on my lap , when i burp. he said,it smelled as though i farted instead of burping. i notice it my self. what could this be. i have regualr bm every day. could something be wrong with me.
