WLS AND AUTOIMMUNE DISORDERS IS IT A PROBLEM???

I am getting either the lap-band or gastric bypass but I have several autoimmune disorders. Has anyone had complications with this? Lupus? AntiPhosphoLipid Syndrome?? I would love to hear from anyone with info!!
