Psyc Eval question?

Hi first let me say how wonderful all of yall "losers" are looking,and I cant wait to join you! I went to a seminar by Dr Duncan last night and I'm wondering if any of you have dealt with medcaid and do they pay for the psyc eval or the nutritionalist or is ot self pay?
