My doctor wants me on Juice Plus...which is fine...but how do I get it down?

I am two weeks post-op (RNY LAP) and started using Vitamist, but my doctor recommends Juice Plus to stop the premature aging process caused by the rapid weight loss. The pills are capsules with powder in them so I could sprinkle the powder in something...was just wondering if anyone else had done this and had any suggestions...??
