There are little black things in my bowel movements.

I know this is strange, When I have a bowel movement sometimes there are little black things all in it. I was wondering if anyone else has had this and what it might be. I am having some discomfort in the lower right hand side and also underneath my right breast. It is like a squeezeing pain.Sorry about the strange post.
