Could I just take my protein in liquid form?
and TO HELP GET MY PROTEIN TO BE AT 80-90GMS COULD I JUST TAKE MOST OF IT IN THE LIQUID PROTEIN AND IN THE PROTEIN BARS? IS THERE ANYTHING WRONG WITH GETTING MORE THAN 100GMS OR MORE OF PROTEIN IN EACH DAY? I WORK NIGHTS AT A HOSP. AND THEY MAINLY HAVE FAST FOOD AND I DON'T WANT TO EAT THAT. I AM DRINKING AMINO 2222 IN CRYSTAL LIGHT. ARE THERE ANY OTHER PROTEIN LIQUIDS THAT I CAN ADD TO CRYSTAL LIGHT?
