Why am I weak, wobbly, shaky and sweating and having trouble eating?

I have night sweats that are miserable. I feel hungry but nothing satisfies me. I have even tried pedialyte. I am nine days post-op and I am miserable. I am so weak that I can hardly stand up. Any suggestions? Has anyone ever experienced these feelings?
