Does anyone know a Dr. in NYC/NJ who has alot of experience in dilating post RNY?

I have had 2 unsuccessful attempts at dilation with a gastroenterologist I was referred to by my surgeon. He has little or no experience with gastric bypass patients. Frankly, my surgeon doesn't have much experience either. I need to be dilated or at least see a doctor who can give me a reasonable course of action - my surgeon would prefer that I stay with puree (already 6 months post-op) and maybe have surgical revision when I'm totally weakened from starvation. I've lost 130 lbs. in 6 months. He gave me grief for munching on a cracker. I'd like to see him put up with this himself. Can anyone recommend a doctor in NYC or mid-Jersey that has experience and compassion??? Thanx!
