Would an all protein supplement diet be harmful while losing weight?
I've read the values for different foods and if I consume 64 ounces of water, take umpteen vitamins and mineral supplements, and try to consume 70 gr. of protein by eating chicken,cheese and tuna, I'll not have enough hours in the day to get it all in. I'm seriously considering doing it mostly with a protein supplement by adding fruits to it. Would this be harmful to me for a six month regimin as long as I'm getting all the other nutrients in? Of course I'll introduce food gradually along the way but my primary goal right now would be to lose the weight first then to maintain with a healthy diet.
