Has anyone who had this surgery ever had a breast reduction prior?

I'm wondering if my breasts will completely disappear after I have my bypass since I had a reduction(which I badly needed!) several years ago? I'd love to hear from anyone who's had any experience with this. I know in the past my breasts and my face always seemed to lose disproportionately to the rest of me when I've been seriously dieting. Thoughts?
