How do I stop weight gain after being put on hormones?

Hello! I am almost three years post op BP. I was 326 lbs and went to 147 lbs. I had my total Hysterectomy a year ago and was put on hormones. Since then I have gained about 40 pounds. I am really getting discouraged with it I was 7 pounds from my goal weight and now I am 40 from it. Does anyone have any suggestions?
