Vibrations??

So the last 2 nights I been to an outside jazz concert. BOTH nights when there was heavy bass playing, it made me all belchy and started feeling funny..I move back or off to the sides and felt fine. SO my question is this..I am about 2 weeks post op, surgery was June 13th, Am I the only one that vibrations make you feel funny? Will I ever be able to enjoy a concert???
