Lost about 70 lbs on lap band in 2006. Got pregnant and not can not loose the weight

It has been over a yr since I had my child. I can not loose the weight and do not feel any restriction. It is worse than never loosing the weight in the first place. I feel I have once again lost my life. I have good insurance. Can I have a new band or update it? Used a barium swallow and the Dr. said hardly anything is getting through. I assure you it is. I keep gaining with no feeling of restriction. Have gone through a year of getting fills and having them taken out. Please help me. I have become severely depressed and fat again.
