Pain Meds ? They keep giving me more and more Nsaids

I am 4 years out next month and I have pain in my feet and I also have osteoarthritis. Lots of joints that are hurting. I have told the DR. I had WLS and can not take Nsaids. They look at me like I do not know what I am talking about. What can I take to help with pain and swelling? Please Help
