Does anyone know if the www.millergoodmanfoundation.org is still in business?

I can only get $4900.00 loan. I still desperately need $5000.00. So I can self pay for my surgery. Anyone know of anyone else or a special group I can contact to get money? Any grants available? Please help I'm at a loss at to what to do next! Thanks Sherian Miller Colorado Springs CO
