Pain by rib cage

I am four days post op from having the lap band surgery, I feel a whole lot better now that I dont have as much gas as I did a couple of days ago but now I am having a little pain by my rib cage under my left breast and of course my tummy is tender where the port was placed. Has anyone has the pain or have any suggestions as to how to get rid of it? Thanks, Thomasina
