How do I handle PMS??
I am trying to make sure I don't gain any weight before I have surgery. The toughest part of the new diet I am following is that I gave up chocolate. I do really well until I am having PMS. I have to have chocolate then!! I can't seem to be able to ignore my cravings at this time. When I have surgery, this won't be possible anymore, so I am trying to get used to not having it now. Are there any ideas out there so I can learn to not give in to those awful cravings????
